Diploma, Cap and Gown Information

Please complete the following information to request your cap and gown for the annual commencement ceremony.  

THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE APRIL 2016 COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY IS FEBRUARY 12, 2016.  
After that date, any requests to participate must be reviewed both by the GV Bookstore and the Assistant Registrar. Please submit any questions to graduation@grandview.edu.

To participate inthe April 2016 commencement, you must be a December 2015 graduate or an April 2016 candidate for graduation. If you anticipate graduation in August 2016, you can complete the Authorization to Participate in Commencement Ceremonies with a Credit Deficit form and submit it to the Registrar’s Office by February 12.

If you are unable to participate in the commencement ceremony, you will need to complete the Request to be Excused from Commencement form.
